Contact us

Email support@hourlap.com. It helps to include your device (for example, iPhone 17 or iPad Air), its iOS or iPadOS version, and what you expected to happen. In the app, Settings › Send Feedback starts the email for you.

Common questions

Restore Hourlap Pro on a new device

Sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy Pro, open Hourlap, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchase. People in your Family Sharing group get Pro too, as long as they’ve turned on purchase sharing.

Add a widget

  1. Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen, then tap Edit › Add Widget.
  2. Search for Hourlap, pick a size and tap Add Widget.
  3. To choose which places it shows, touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget.

Lock Screen widgets are added the same way from the Lock Screen’s Customize screen. In the app, Settings › Widgets walks through these steps too. Small and medium widgets are free; large and extra-large are part of Hourlap Pro.

Get a reminder before clocks change

When a clock change is coming up for a place on your Board, a banner appears at the top. Tap it and turn on Remind me 3 days before. If a reminder doesn’t arrive, check that notifications are allowed in your device’s Settings › Notifications › Hourlap.

A place shows the wrong time

Hourlap uses the official IANA time-zone rules, plus newer rules it carries for places that changed recently. If a time still looks wrong:

  • Check that your device sets the date and time automatically, in Settings › General › Date & Time.
  • Make sure Hourlap is up to date in the App Store.
  • If it’s still wrong, email us the place’s name and the time you expected.

I can’t find a place

About 70,000 places are built in and searchable offline. For smaller towns, tap Search Apple Maps in Add a Place. That search needs a connection.

Change working hours or the workweek

Touch and hold a row on your Board, then tap Edit… to change its working hours, sleeping hours and workdays. Each person or place keeps its own.

Get a refund

Purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Delete my data

Everything Hourlap stores is on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. We don’t hold any of it. The privacy policy has the details.
